Sam Stephens
President & CEO
Sam has 20 years of NGO leadership experience in the sustainable development space, including chief executive roles at organizations like the Clean the World Foundation and the International Center for Sustainable Development. He serves on multiple committees and task forces for the United Nations and World Health Organization, frequently speaks at events on sustainable development topics, and is actively involved in global groups such as the World Economic Forum. His work has taken him to more than 110 countries around the world.
Tom Achoki, MD, PhD, MBA
Senior Vice President, Strategy and Innovation
An adjunct faculty member at Baylor University, co-founder of Mass Sciences, and previously a senior engagement officer and clinical assistant professor at the University of Washington, Tom holds an MPH, MBA, and PhD from the University of Pretoria, Utrecht University, and MIT’s Sloan School of Management respectively.
Kelly Saeli, CNAP
Vice President of Finance and Operations
The former operations director at the Lumos Foundation, director of operations at Helmets to Hardhats, and analyst at Bank of America and Morgan Stanley, Kelly served as an aircraft weapons specialist in the US Air Force. She holds an MPS in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
Angela Rizzo
Director of Social Impact
Prior to joining the Foundation, Angela previously served as Manager of the ICSC Foundation, an organization dedicated to building a pipeline of bright, ambitious and diverse talent for the retail real estate industry. While there, she oversaw the organization’s two largest programs and implemented new standard operating procedures and evaluation measures that led to expansion of the organization’s overall impact. Angela earned her B.S. degree in Communications from Quinnipiac University.
